Our idea of ​​”living” addresses in particular the high consumption of land, linked to the development of single-family homes and the lack of adequate services for housing dispersion. Guiding ideas are flexibility, customization, low land consumption and urban densification.

From an urban planning point of view, the design idea is to resume the texture of agricultural crops while maintaining the drainage channels and riparian vegetation, while also preserving the hedges and rows of trees between the various fields and areas where natural vegetation is recovered

It is a single-family house with garden, outbuilding and indoor swimming pool. The design idea is that of a continuous path that winds through indoor and outdoor environments without interruption.  

The intervention consists in the environmental recovery of the hotel and its park on the slopes of Vesuvius and more precisely through the recovery of the artifacts that make up the hotel complex.  

The project takes into consideration the hilly slope, exploiting the orography of the land by arranging the building on three levels. In fact, for each semi-detached house there is a basement divided between the two residential units, while on the upper floors, ground and first, the housing units occupy only one level each.
