Design free from any physical hierarchy and psychological barriers, the space inside the block protects and attracts at the same time, provides spaces for leisure and recreation, access and direct experience with nature, contributing to well-being of people.
The project takes into consideration the hilly slope, exploiting the orography of the land by arranging the building on three levels. In fact, for each semi-detached house there is a basement divided between the two residential units, while on the upper floors, ground and first, the housing units occupy only one level each.
The sign of the old 16th century dock becomes the generating element of the new square.
