The project concerns the construction of a complex of terraced houses, each house has an internal courtyard overlooked by various rooms.
It is a complex of terraced houses, the individual homes are spread over two floors with a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first. Each home has a small access garden on the street front and an internal courtyard overlooking the living room. The courtyard can be covered with an automated system with retractable curtains. The living area is double height with a roof perforated by skylights, and is crossed by a walkway that leads to the master bedroom. The structure is made up of steel portals that are repeated in series and are also visible in the courtyard where they act as a support structure for the curtains. In the front part next to the entrance to the home there are rooms for commercial activities or offices, in the back part there are garages that are accessed from a private road.
